And even less folk desire to cope with late night calls from renters crying about their damaged oil burner. Well, thanks to property investment trusts, or REITs, you do not have to cope with the stresses of being an owner to earn money off the genuine estate market. It uses the earnings from lease and loan interest to pay out a steady monthly dividend to its backers. The most typical one is an equity REIT, which simply buys buildings and generates income from the hire it charges. Mortgage REITs loan out moulah to owners of property for mortgages or buy existing mortgages to gather interest, which is then paid out to the REIT's backers. Public REITs are acquired and sold just like stocks and are listed on exchanges, whilst personal REITs can just be acquired thru direct-participation programs. With personal REITs, the speculators are basically part owners of the genuine estate instead of just investors of the REIT company. They cannot sell shares and they generally have to keep their dosh tied up for 8 to twelve years. 6 Pixels of Separation will teach entrepreneurs and people ways to have a worldwide assembly and client base in a world where everybody's connected ( virtually all of them free ).
